SnapLog AI helps users capture health device readings from photos and organize them in a personal logbook.

5) Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data.

We use service providers only as needed to operate app functionality. For SnapLog AI, these include Google Firebase services (such as Authentication and Cloud Firestore).

Data is not shared for advertising purposes.

6) Data Storage and Processing Location

Photo handling: Photos are sent to AI processing only to extract reading values. Photos are not stored by SnapLog AI after extraction.

Readings storage: Extracted readings and related log entries are stored in Cloud Firestore and linked to the user account.

Transmission security: Data is transmitted using secure encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

If data is transferred internationally, we apply reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.

7) Retention

Health readings and log entries are retained until the user deletes them or the account/data is removed.

Support-related information is retained only as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.

8) User Controls and Deletion

Users can:

• choose what photos/readings to submit
• delete entries in the app (where available)
• request deletion of account-related personal data via our support page
